Entretien
The interview process was very cordial and honestly quite relaxed. I showed up about 15 minutes early and was met by a very nice security guard who gave me some paper work to fill out. It wasn't very long or complex. I was then asked to come to the back where I answered a few questioins about my experience and personality. All in all it lasted about an hour. If I remember correctly I got a call the next day telling me that I had the job.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
