First there is a background check and qualification check to make sure you are qualified for the job. Next, you must pass a simple phone screening done by HR. Then, you must take and pass a supervisory assessment. Next, there is a small group interview and those that pass this initial interview will be asked to come back for a second interview. This is when the final decision is made. The initial waiting time after you apply to when the interview process starts seems long but once it starts it goes very quickly.
