J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Verizon (Columbia, SC) en avr. 2009
Entretien
The interview process is relatively smooth process. (Many years ago) The first interview was over the phone just to get a feel for the candidate. The second interview was face to face. The interviewer asked questions about your previous work experiences and the culture of the environment. Verizon Wireless culture is extremely important and unique in the wireless industry. There is electronic test following the interview if you make it that far. I feel the questions were common sense but common sense isn't common anymore so many people do not "pass." If you do succeed then you are one step closer. There is a background and drug test which should never be a problem for a standard law abiding citizen. Its smooth sailing from there on out.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Entretien
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
