Very poor. I expected more from this company. I submitted several applications. Each time I was sent a generic email stating that they were looking at someone else who's skills were a better match. Finally I got a call from a recruiter. He set up a phone interview the next day. He called 10 minutes later then he stated and used a different phone number so I almost didn't take the call. The interview lasted almost an hour and was full of normal customer service questions. He would take long pauses between questions and there was a lot of dead air. I wasn't sure if he was still on the line or not. At the end he said I would hear back from them within a week. Two nights later at 1am, I received an email from a generic address stating that the position was no longer being offered. Interesting thing was that I received a notice from monster 3 days later that the Verizon was hiring for a customer service representative. Very disappointing.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
