Initial screening through contracting company followed by phone interview with hiring manager. Phone interview was series of about 15 questions mostly asking about past project management experience. Specific questions were technical as they relate to macro tower installation and rollout.

Completed three interview rounds, including a session with the full team. The process felt perfectly balanced—highly professional yet refreshingly informal. I really appreciated the transparent culture and welcoming team dynamic. Although, a little old school.

Asked about salary expectations and Why do I want to be a PM. Started with a recruiter reaching out, then held a call with the Hiring Manager/ Director of the org, followed by a meeting with 4 engineers & PM on the call. Final round was ~1 hours long.
