I was contacted via email to setup a phone interview. Setting up a time for the interview was very simple and quick. The interviewer contacted me and almost their first question was, "Do you have any Active Directory experience?" Please note that the job listing did not have any mention of AD experience needed, but I was informed that the job in question would entail mostly active directory. This abruptly ended the interview. In the future, all required skills necessary for a position should be listed as both my time and the interviewer's time was wasted.
