Face to face and phone calls interviews. Both technical and personality questions will be asked. 4 rounds of interview session with the team and other departments. Each lasts about 30-45 minutes.

I was initially contacted by recruitment agency over phone and was asked about my overall experience. They provided me a job description and asked me whether I was interested. Based on our interaction, they contacted Veritas. I then received a call after a couple of weeks and was asked to appear for a web based interview. This was conducted by the operations manager. She gave me a complete understanding of the job role and asked about my past experience, how I went about handling month close activities and how I cope up with pressure situations. I was then asked to appear for a face to face interview with the Sr. Director of India operations which also went pretty smoothly
