I was referred for the opportunity by an existing employee. I have given n number of interviews and submitted assignments, the assignment The assignment consisted of 4 problems: 2 - Generic Problems: one on Traffic routing software and other Transportation Chart to show Office routes. 2 - Domain specific problems: Creating, schedule Backups and Enterprise Log Management UI. The assignment instructions precisely instructed to not to fine tune the deliverables but explain the choices and process. After which i was asked to submit approx 6 Hour assignment. The assignment was completed and submitted on the date requested. For few weeks no update was provided. Finally after 2-3 followups i was informed that i could not clear the assignment and was not shortlisted further. - No Feedback on Assignment Designers as a part of their daily work, create designs and get criticized which is an important part of the designers work. Sadly, Veritas while having such high maturity in design does not consider providing feedback.
