The interview was with the HR manager and HR director. I was interviewed for 1.5 hours. It seemed quite relaxed and laid back and I think I gave suitable responses. My only concern was the hours they were looking for. It didn’t seem applicable to this particular role. Also there was no scope for remote working. My utmost disappointment though, was that I never heard back from them after the interview. It’s been almost 4 weeks soooo, I guess I never got the role? If anything, it tells me everything I need to know about this company in terms of their poor communication with candidates.
