Phone screen, then interview with the hiring manager, and then a 3-hour on-site interview with the team, The team said I'd hear something in the week following the on-site interview. The recruiter was responsive for several weeks, telling me I was still in consideration but the team had other things going on, people on pto, etc etc. Then, no response. Considering extensive interview prep, arranging & paying for childcare, paying for parking/tolls, and paying for interview attire, candidates deserve the dignity of a simple 'thanks, but no thanks' response. Respect for my time and effort was greatly lacking here.
