The recruiter contacted me by phone, and the process took 9+ weeks. I went through 1 round phone interview by a technical people, two rounds on-site interview by a product manager, and a senior engineer leader. Then a coffee time with the hiring manager. The interviewing with the team was quite good but lost the connection with the recruiter later. I wrote several emails to follow up on feedback, just received one response to asking me to wait. Since nine weeks passed, I don't think I'm still in the pipeline. 6-8 weeks is an average duration, no matter how the feedback(result) is, the recruiter should keep the candidate informed. The experience is poor.
