Interview process included several video (Skype) interviews (I was overseas) with different company members. There was also a language test (Mandarin) that was a skype call and a conversation in Mandarin with one company member. The people I interviewed with increased in seniority as the interview process went on. These interviews typically lasted at least 30 minutes.
