The interview felt very antagonistic, as if I were wasting their time from the moment I sat down. It was more like an interrogation than a proper interview. At no point did I feel comfortable, constantly feeling the need to be *beyond* exceptional to avoid being written off. This interview was for an engineering internship, but it felt more like an interview for a CTO. They told me I'd hear back within 1-2 weeks with a decision, yet 2 weeks came and went, and they never even bothered to let me know they weren't moving forward with my candidacy.
