First was phone interview. then face to face. 5 people, one by one. All of them were nice. Nice place to work. nice location. Security testing, micro services. Agile/scrum team. Fast growing.

I would say overall the process is pretty straight forward they definitely were excited to bring people in and get to know them and not care so much about hard skills but how they can grow and mold you into the right role.
