First was an online interview where they asked me why I applied for the role and some background questions about the company. Second time was a site visit tour/interview where they showed me what activities they do on site

Brief sit down talk through things with the interviewer , which involved some questions. Then left with the chemists for tour of the laboratory, with option to ask any questions without interviewer present.
