Full day Interview, consisting of around 8 applicants. Presentation/ simulated training session (with the candidate as the trainer) Competancy based interview/ group exercise/meet and greet.
Greart to see that outsource aptitude tests had been scrapped, the assessors were previous graduates so very friendly. The process was rigorous but relaxed. Clearly an awesome company to work for, just a shame i didnt get in!
