There was an Online Assessment Day which consisted of three tasks. The first task was a group exercise with other candidates. We were emailed the task 1 hour before the day to prepare. The second task was a presentation; the brief for the presentation was emailed 24 hours before the online assessment day. And the third task was a one-to-one interview. This was followed by a site visit about a month later.
