First HR screen, second with the hiring manager and director.
Last round was a panel interview with 6 members of the team and the presentation about yourself. The presentation consisted of your background as well as why you'd be a good fit for VentureWell and how you'd contribute to the DEI efforts.
Overall everyone was pleasant to speak with but when it came to decision time, they went with another candidate and wouldn't give me feedback as to what went into their decision.
