Horrible Interview ...their Engineer wants to show how smart he is and how stupide I am , he asked me about almost every check box in CUCM , and a bunch of littles IOS commands here and there, nothing about UC technologies concept, desing or architecture so basically you have to put a gateway and CUCM in front of you and get ready to answer about every check box in CUCM and what it does . I informed the callers including their VP who's in the call that I have no interest working in a such environment where no one pay attention to that so called Engineer making himself look smart knowing no one really give a dumb to remember every CUCM check box and evey IOS commands ( CUCM has 100's check box and gateways has 1000's of IOS commands )
