I had an interview with the CEO who requested a second interview. While reaching out to the Executive Assistant to schedule the second interview, communication was fast and transparent. We set up a second interview with the team; invite sent, and then canceled. EA told me we would reschedule to the following week due to the team being overwhelmed. This company ended up ghosting me for 2 weeks, only to let me know they filled the position in the time they were rescheduling with me. I would steer away from Venture PR
