Ventura Foods interviewing process was by far the best experience I've have had. It started with a few phone screens, then an on site with select people, then another phone screen with upper management. They were super transparent about the company and what they were looking for. Everyone I talked to was super nice and qualified. I got to tour the facility and meet most everyone in the plant. Every step of the process was spot on, when they said I should hear something by Tuesday I got a call Tuesday (not 2 days later). The offer process was painless no going back and forth, they presented a good strong offer ( in my experience that never happens ). The follow through I have seen from this process was by far the most professional I have come across. I couldn't be more pleased with how professional and smooth this experience was.
