      It was a group interview process which had two stages. The group interview was enjoyable and I was accepted to the next stage which was a solo interview. The Group interview was about Charlotte Tilbury products and interactive and then the next interview stage was competency base

      Assessments in Maths, English, customer service, and an interview which was on Teams for a working from home post. The two interviews I had were sympathetically conducted with standard customer service questions.

      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ventrica (Southend-on-Sea, England)

      Entretien

      I applied for the job on a Saturday and got a call back from them on the Monday and arranged for an written assessment and a 1 to 1 interview on the Thursday morning. The written assessment was a spelling, grammar and numeracy test which was fairly easy and the 1 to 1 interview was also easy with the standard questions usually asked at a telephone advisor interview. Even though I had a pleasant experience at the actual interview I am very disappointed with the treatment after. I was told I would find out within 24-48 hours as they needed people to start in two weeks time and I needed to handed my notice in at work, didn't hear anything at all by the following Wednesday so I called up myself, spoke to someone else and they told me the recruiter was at an interview and would call me back as soon as she could, haven't heard a thing since which was nearly 2 weeks ago. Wish they would of told me that I hadn't got the job so I could of learned what I done wrong at the interview so I didn't do it again. Also the waiting around and wondering wasn't very nice either.
