I applied for a Leasing position with Venterra through Glassdoor. A few days after my submission I received an email from Eastin inviting me to a Skype interview. I accepted the offer and set up my Skype account for the interview. The interview was a little awkward for me because I had never done a video interview before. Eastin did a great job of making the process comfortable. He asked standard interview questions, and when it was over he told me that I should be receiving a call or email detailing the next steps of the interview process within a day or so. A couple of days later I received a phone call from the property manager inviting me in for a more personal interview. This interview was unlike the traditional interview. I was asked interview questions, but It was more like we were old friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. The PM did a great job of making this part of the interview process very comfortable. After the interview I was given an assignment to secret shop a nearby community. I completed the assignment and was invited back for another interview with the Regional Leasing Manager. This interview was equally as comfortable as the others. After a couple of days I received a call from the Property Manager inviting me to lunch. During the lunch date I met with one of the Leasing Consultants and we talked a lot about the position and the company. Although each interview was a little different, one thing was consistent. Everyone that I met with loved the position that they were in and had nothing but good things to say about Venterra.

The interview process was smooth and easy, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and he was very relaxed which made me feel good. And I was getting great response from him and updates regarding the interview.
