Once you complete the online assessment you will be contacted to set up an interview with the Community Manager (in person or via Teams). The interview process was professional but relaxed. I felt very welcomed and didn't feel like I was in an intimidating space.

There were many questions, but these stuck out: 1. What's the most embarrassing thing you've experienced on the job? 2. Do you have any charities/causes you are passionate about? 3. Have you ever been asked to do something on the job that goes against your moral code? If so, how did you handle it?

First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
