Assessment day with 15 other people. Overall very relaxed. First half was based of team games and exercises to get you out of your shell and the second half was one to one interviews with some managers.
DODGED A BULLET, she was so rude I referenced the job Venn group website that Venn group is a New expanding company and was told “it definitely wasn’t it’s been open 25 years” and that I had no idea what a recruitment consultant was 😂 never mind she was late calling and left me speaking to myself for 3 minutes straight with no response or sign she was listening !
Thank god.
