The process consisted of four stages: an initial HR screening call, a 30-minute video call with the COO, a product review/presentation phase and a final presentation to the same COO and a product person helping VendorPM. The timeline was approximately three weeks, occurring during the December holiday season. Communication was initially prompt, with the HR reaching out the day after application. However, the final stage was unprofessional: the COO joined the final presentation from a noisy restaurant/cafe, making it difficult to hear or maintain a meaningful dialogue. Despite reaching the final stage, I received a generic rejection email with no specific feedback, only to see the same role reposted the morning before my rejection was officially sent.
