Very negative experience, interviewers at a later stage didn't have any background information and admitted to their systems being "down", also mentioned how they were awake for half the night yesterday because of which they only got 2 hours of sleep. The answers were good because the interviewers explicitly mentioned "good answer" and then after the interview the recruiter just ghosted for 35 days, then reached out to say they had gone with another candidate...

Phone interview - asked me some competency based questions, why I'm interested in the job, firm etc. Asked me if I've used CPM software and how, how I manage difficult clients including overrunning on deadlines, how I manage and work with KPIs. Asked competency based questions about the difference between a balance sheet and P&L, types of excel formulae such as alternatives for VLOOKUPS and macros. Felt like they grilled me lol.
