The process consists of three steps. It starts with a brief HR screen, followed by a meeting with two managers, and concludes with a technical interview involving a manager and a technical lead. The HR call was very quick and focused mainly on compensation. Surprisingly, I was informed that the pay is lower than what was stated in the job posting. Since the posting listed a specific annual salary rather than a range, I expected that figure to represent the base or full compensation. However, HR explained that the total compensation is about 20K less than that amount, which was disappointing.
