Three part interview with one phone screen, a mock call round with your potential managers, and a leadership chat. Process was super quick and smooth. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant to work with.

Entretien
Start to close took about 3 weeks. Well oiled machine. There was a tech glitch after I was offered an interview by the recruiter I received an email saying they were passing. I followed up and was informed it was a glitch. Spoke with 1 recruiter. 1X 70 minute interview with manager and sr manager, finally spoke with the head of sales development. Role play, behavioural questions, and then a "get to know you". I felt comfortable and it was smooth process. Role play question was a bit confusing.

Entretien
The entire interview process took about 3 weeks. I spent quite a bit of time prepping for it. I was offered $50k/yr + commission, I asked for more base salary as it was below industry average. But the sales manager was very rude about it and indicated, "this isn't the job for you if you want more base salary." Not something you would expect to hear in a professional environment. Wasted quite a bit of my time justifying why what they offered is right for the role. No counter offer was given. not worth the time spent.
Interview had 3 levels.
1) initial call with recruiter - 20 mins
2) call with sales manager - 30mins
3) Case study - made me look for leads and act as an SDR - 45mins
