The interview process is pretty fun and different! I like the fact that the employer actually asks you meaningful questions and has a genuine interest in what it is that you have to say about yourself and what you have to offer as an employee.

I picked up an application in store. I filled it in right there and one manager interviewed me on the spot. They were easy questions. Then I had to get a called back from a different manager to set up a second interview. At the second interview I was hired.
