I would not bother yourself with the long, arduous application process. I went along with the lengthy online video interview and that wasn’t the worst part. Despite trudging on, which would prove a regret in the future, I waited days to hear anything. Finally a hiring manager texted me. I texted back as soon as I could and from then on I would only hear from her days at a time which should have been a red flag. Right when I almost gave up I got a call to set up an interview which restored my faith in this company. So I’m preparing to complete this interview and the day before I was supposed to go in I had an email that said they moved on. This was really unprofessional start-to-finish in my eyes. When I asked for an explanation they failed to give one. Just don’t waste your time.

We sat in a back room and chit-chatted for about 45 minutes. It was weird but the woman was nice! She seemed positive about our interview but I didn’t end up hearing back besides the autogenerated email saying the position was no longer being hired for.

I applied on the velvet box website and an hour later I was emailed to schedule a telephone interview a couple days later. The day of the interview, the hiring manager was several minutes late to call me because she forgot what time the interview was and thought the interview wasn't for another half hour. During the interview she kept laughing and giggling, I have no idea why. At the end of the interview, she said someone will call me in a couple of days to schedule a second in-person interview. A couple of days pass, no call. On the third day I email her and ask if I'm still going to receive the call, and she says that she's decided to move forward with other applicants.
