The interview process is lengthy with no updates on the status of being under consideration as a potential candidate which is nerve wrecking. No clear communication on next steps, interviewed with the company over two weeks ago. Initial interview with two higher level managers which was high pressure. I just would've thought I would've hard back from someone with the structure of the interviewing/screening process.
