Wasted time and turned down after going through background. My resume was provided ahead of time obviously and then was told that I did not have enough years of experience. Disrespectful and lazy interview.

This was a terrible interview. First off, the interviewer was late with no apology. Then, with no agenda or guidance, I was asked many personal questions about growing up and my hobbies. The interviewer had two children and made me feel judged for not having kids of my own. It took nearly 10 minutes before we spoke about my career or work background. After answering just a few questions, the interviewer ended our conversation saying I was not the right fit for the role. The role was not defined on the application, nor was it described at all during our quick conversation. I did not enjoy this process and would not recommend this company.
