J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Veeva Systems (Barcelone) en févr. 2022
Entretien
It is a very long process where you need to do a lot of work. It starts with an HR 30 minute interview, then progresses to a case study that you have to work on for about 30-40 hours and then have to present to a panel in a 1 hour presentation. You have 10 days to prepare this case study. The only useful thing about it is that the case study truly is what the job itself is.

Question 1
You will receive a separate e-mail with access to our Veeva Vault system and a fictional customer request. After this, you will have 7-10 days to work on the case and configure a suitable software solution, that you will then present to one of your potential hiring managers and one of your potential peers that simulate the end customer.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

final stage was a one-on-one interview with team member. split into 3 parts - first part was a deep dive into your motivations for the role etc, second part was a chance to talk about yourself and third part was more general interview questions (give an example of how you demonstrated good teamwork, had to give feedback etc).
