They reached out to me and told me that my profile sounds interesting. I looked at the job posting and found it interesting and told them that I would like to apply. They sent me two online tests that I had 24 hours to complete. Day after that they contacted me in order to schedule a video interview. After an 45 minutes interview they simply ghosted me. It's been 20+ days and I never received a rejection email or any other communication since then. Beware of companies that do this- this tell you a lot!
