J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Veeva Systems (Pleasanton, CA) en juin 2014

I applied via Linkedin and the hiring manager called me the next day. She asked basic questions about my background, profile etc. After that she sent me an online testing assignment, followed by a technical phone screen. The technical phone screen consisted of basic testing questions, and process related questions. Once that went through, I was called in for an in person interview
The in person interview consisted of interviews with the hiring manager, and the directors of several peer groups. All of these interviews were mostly personality/fit questions - not much technical stuff was involved here. Everyone I talked to seemed really genuine and interested in knowing more about my background. It was a real pleasure meeting all of them
The hiring manager was the one coordinating all the discussions, and she was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely professional and courteous and kept me informed during all the stages of the interview.

What would you do if you found a critical bug one day before release?

The interview process at Veeva is absolute chaos. I was contacted by the hiring manager, and not a recruiter. Weeks would go by with no contact and then another reach out. Then another cycle of being ghosted and then another reach out.
I was asked to do a "project" and I was given a log in to a "bug bash" site for the product and asked to write up a test plan for an extremely involved page. I found so many bugs and typos it actually felt like I was doing real test work for their next release.
I was asked to resubmit my resume several times with more specific graduation date and every detail of work experience since that time. I was also asked to include additional PII like my address and phone number. In my opinion this was all geared at determining my age. I am an older candidate and it's very obvious based on my experience.

My first round was with the hiring manager. That was pretty good. I was asked to finish some homework and submit it before moving to the next round. The question was to write Web and API test cases in Cucumber format. The next two rounds of interviews were a technical round.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions were related to Selenium, Java, and TestNG. I was asked to write code to reverse a string, find if the year is a leap year or not, and check how many words "apple" can be formed out of a random string.

Had an initial call with the HR. Most of the questions were about my experience, no technical questions, the interview took 30 minutes. Unfortunately , they did not invite for the next round.
