Absolutely appalled by this process. I made it to the program director part of the interview process (which is the last step) but then the manager who interviewed me prior called me and told me to cancel it and set up an interview with him. I thought okay no big deal. Then he throws me off guard and says he has concerns with why I want to go into consulting. Keep in mind this is a question they ask in every interview you have with them! I was so shocked. He didn't accept the answer that got me to this point and pushed me for a different one. I was so put off by the unprofessionalism this manager and this company exhibited. Why would you let me get this far in the process if you didn't like my answer to such a basic question? I chose not to believe what other reviews on here said. But I strongly caution anyone who interviews with them. You may think you are gonna get the job, and then out of the blue, they will bring up some trivial reason to not hire you. DO NOT BANK ON THEM HIRING YOU.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
