c'è stato prima un iniziale Colloquio telefonico in cui l'hr ha cercato di capire io chi fossi e quanto fossi in linea con quella posizione lavorativa, poi si è andati nel dettaglio con il colloquio faccia a faccia con l'hr pochi giorni dopo ed infine con il manager che mi ha fatto domande più specifiche e mi ha chiesto qualcosa in inglese come l'hr aveva precedentemente fatto

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD. Just to sum up in 3 words: Lier, unprepared, dilectantism. Just to give you an example I had to take time off from my work to have unplanned interview scheduled and I had to send 6 mails and wait one month and half to get a DENIAL FEEDBACK. WORST CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY TOTALLY gosthed me. They changed strategy after interview process started. Amazing disrespectful for the people and their time. One of the interviewer was unable to finish her questions within 1 hour I had to schedule another hour to discuss it though. I was passed to Director interview who said I could receive a feedback in 5 days and optimistically so. AMAZING LET DOWN MANAGEMENT.
