The interview process at Vee Technologies was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. I went through four rounds of interviews with multiple people, including peers, their direct reports, and even a VP. While I appreciated the chance to meet different members of the team, the process felt excessive for the role.
What made the experience worse was the lack of timely communication. After completing all rounds, I waited two full weeks just to hear back. When I finally received feedback, it was simply that I “wasn’t a good fit” and “didn’t have enough experience”—which was surprising given that my background was clear from the start.
Overall, the process felt inefficient and dismissive. If experience level was a concern, it should have been identified much earlier rather than after investing so much time on both sides.
