Do not interview for this company. You will most likely get ghosted and its very likely the company is getting its work done through their assignments. I made this mistake even after seeing so many interview experiences here. I was given an assessment where I had to create integrations for CRM systems in Python w/ FastAPI and make a 5-min explaination video of it. I submitted the assignment on time and the company simply ghosted me. Company founder's account was operated by a chatbot and I got no response.

Despite applying for a Backend Engineer position, the interview process focused entirely on Frontend development topics. This fundamental mismatch made the process feel misaligned with the role. Furthermore, after completing all interview rounds, the company provided no feedback or response, even after I sent a polite follow-up email.
