I received a phone interview and then an assessment. And then absolutely no communication. I did follow up and was completely ignored by the recruiter. How hard is sending an email saying, "Sorry you will not be moving forward." It is very unprofessional and truthfully I would not want to work for a company that treats candidates in that manner. I have held many amazing positions over the years and have been rejected from interviews, it's part of the deal. But I have never had a more disrespectful experience. Vector needs to do better. You are big enough company to have an automated email sent out.
