I didn't have a formal interview. I applied through Indeed, and received an email to send my motor vehicle record as well as a criminal background check. I also had to pay out of pocket for my criminal background. I completed every request, passing the background check and MVR. and was ghosted. I did get contact one more time, from which the staff didn't follow-up or never gave me any next steps or a start date. Unprofessional to say the least, I think it's a blessing in disguise and speaks volumes on how they operate as a company. Poor impression.
