I applied for the London office. The process was composed of the following phases: 1. Dataset Analysis (48 hours) The dataset analysis was by far the most important step. I was given an Excel file with a Facebook campaign dataset and 10-15 questions to be answered in 48 hours. Questions were very specific and aimed to evaluate the ability to handle Excel (pivot tables, scatter plots,...) and the understanding of basic paid media marketing concepts. 2. Phone Screening with HR Manager (10 minutes) Phone screening was very brief, aimed at getting to know past experiences as well as motivations to join VaynerMedia. 3. Interview with the Paid Media Team (40 minutes) The interview with the Paid Media happened at the VaynerMedia offices in London where I had the chance to meet my "potential future colleagues" in groups of two. The process was very informal and served the purpose for us to get to know each other, although some standard interview questions were asked ("Can you provide an example of when you used your attention to detail to solve a problem?";"What's your favourite social media platform and why?"). 4. Phone Interview with Hiring Manager (20 minutes) The hiring manager wasn't able to attend the meeting in phase 3 so we had to schedule a phone interview. Again, the process was very informal and aimed at getting to know my motivations as well as to describing the functions and responsibilities of the role I was applying for. Throughout the entire process I was treated with sympathy and respect. All these phases were done in under a month. The VaynerMedia space in London is small, but I felt a positive and friendly atmosphere. I passed all phases and was asked to discuss the following steps but, even thou I had a positive experience and was looking forward to work with this team, I have decided to withdraw my application due to personal circumstances that came up at the time.

First there was a Recruiter interview asking your background. Then there was a Media buying assessment with 2-3 days to complete. Then you Interview two people from the team. Overall it was a straightforward interview, they wanted to know your interests in the company, how you work with others etc.
