Initially interview process was smooth. Had 3 interviews, all went well. great feedback after each interview. was sent out a case study to work and submit back. Put lot of hours/effort in completing and received great feedback on that as well. Last step was reference check, all 3 of my references were reached out and were given great review. was waiting for an offer after the references but weeks pass no offer letter or any response at all. followed up with the person in contact, she was no help except saying she has no updated from hiring manager yet.. spent more than a month preparing, giving interview, working on the case study but in the end not even a note from the company saying "thankyou for your time"!!
