Vay's interview process was thorough without being too invasive or time consuming. The biggest challenge during the process was coordination around the different time zones. I interviewed with three different team members a total of four times. The onsite interview was the most enjoyable as it gave me a feeling for the day-to-day energy.

I was directed to show up at the Las Vegas office for a tour of the facility, product, and to meet with the staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our general conversations demonstrated my knowledge of the industry and work habits as well. The overall process was not stressful and had great flow.
