It was no face to face, they asked few of generic question through email only.Few rounds of emails going on through HR and then CEO..they will majorly emphasize on you to not leave once you accept the offer for at least 3 to 6 month

The selection process is very good and smooth. Interview is taken via live chat .The interview is taken in 2 rounds .There will be a HR and technical round at first and after selection there will be MD round

firstly HR will mail me and start question and replaying then all process done by only mailing. tech support team helping to create an account Thunderbird. nad very frank team. interview process is very easy.
