First interview over the phone with a recruiter went great. Seemed like a nice person and they told me all about the company. We got off to a good start. Second interview was a complete waste of my time and VERY unprofessional. First the guy ghosts me on the first call, I dial into the Zoom meeting and nobody is there. I email him and the recruiter. The recruiter tells me he got called into an "important meeting" and would call me back in 30 minutes. I don't even hear back from him for 90 minutes, and he doesn't even APOLOGIZE for his rudeness of missing our interview time. Then he acts like he's flying through interview questions and doesn't even start off with an introduction or talk about my background or anything. This guy acted like I was inconveniencing him by interviewing! Then I got the rejection letter a few days later. What a complete waste of my time! Even if they offered me a position with a huge increase in salary, I wouldn't take it! I would have to be working with this rude and unprofessional manager. No thanks.

The recruitment process from hell. Stay away. The team wanted to talk to me but the recruiter took over a month to set up the interview. In that timeframe I got two other offers. I feel incredibly awful for the team. I wish engineers did their own recruitment. Awful.
