I interviewed for a job here a few years ago and was completely missold the job role. I was under the impression that I would be going into a professional marketing role which was office based, later to find out after my training day that i would be standing on the streets of Birmingham trying to get people to sign up to products that sounded like a complete scam. This is definitely not what i signed up for and was completely below what I should be doing with my qualifications. In all honesty, the way that the ‘managers’ ran the training day and the snippets of ‘meetings’ that I attended gave the impression that this place was like a cult! For some reason I stuck out the whole training day, the whole time thinking this is a MLM and the day just got increasingly more degrading. It actually made me feel sorry for the employees that had been dragged into this company and brainwashed into thinking they would be managers and running their own side company in 6 months.
