Entretien
I had an interview with the recruiter, VP of the company and the CEO. It took a couple of weeks and I told them that I had another job offer which came up and they sped the process up a bit more for me. So glad I turned down that other job!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basically asked about my sales background. Did I have more 1 call or 2 call sales. I've worked from home before so that wasn't an issue.

I had 3 interviews, all of which went extremely well. The staff was friendly, seemed to enjoy their jobs, and spoke like I had the position. A couple of days before the final interview I got an email saying I wasn't qualified for the position. According to the qualifications listed on the website as well as the feedback I got from all of the interviewers, that was far from the truth. Needless to say, I was left in shock. I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

After I applied for the position I was immediately contacted to set up an initial phone interview. The interview went well, and I went on to a second, third, and finally, fourth interview. During the fourth interview I was told they don't actually have any open positions, but like to have a qualified applicant pool. Fast forward two weeks, I am contacted by the head of recruiting who says they recently restructured and have "multiple positions" open. He asked for my references, and they all confirmed that VT contacted them. Unfortunately, I never heard back from VT.
