Recorded interview that provided a lot of time to practice. Questions pertaining to personal experience as well as teaching experience. A lesson plan was needed to be made during the interview and performed for the video.

I answered questions about how I would respond to various teaching scenarios in real time. The interviewer was a Bot, which surprised me. The Bot gave validating feedback throughout the interview. I wasn't sure if that was a good sign or not, thinking the platform might do that in any case. But I got hired.

Didn't even complete the interview. I expected it to be a normal one-way interview, but it was a conversation with a talking AI bot. I closed out of it immediately.
Makes me wonder what else they are using AI for in replace of actual employees.
